lemon parsley tahini dressing... yum!

This lemon parsley tahini dressing is oh so yummy! It has quickly become my absolute favorite for dressing up a massaged kale salad. It's also great on a bowl of roasted veggies over quinoa or as a dip for a big bowl of raw veggies.

* 1 bunch rinsed parsley

* zest and juice of 1 lemon

* 2 cloves peeled garlic

* 3 Tbs. raw tahini

* 1/4 tsp. sea salt

* 1/3 cup water

* use all organic ingredients when possible... you are worth it!

* add all ingredients to blender. blend until smooth and creamy

* makes approx. 10oz.

* store in sealed jar in fridge (stays freshest for 3 days)
