creamy cilantro hemp tahini dressing

tahini dressing 1_edited.jpg
This creation was born out of the desire to explore more with the use of seeds rather than nuts. I love my raw almond pesto and cashew cream creations but I realize that there are many people who avoid nuts because of severe allergies among other reasons. In doing a little research I am reminded of what a super food these powerful little seeds can be, housing many vitamins and minerals as well as a host of other health benefits.

cilantro hemp tahini dressing

*combine all ingredients in blender. blend until smooth.
