what is your personal wellness practice?

Mind: I try not to take myself so serious to help keep my vibration light and high. In 2001 I was diagnosed with Sarcoma (says Western medicine). It gave my mind a new lease on life. I do what I want, as long as it's in principle and strive to squeeze every ounce of juice out of life TODAY. I live for the second inside the minute.

Body: I'm an avid basketball player and cyclist. I work out when I want to and chill out when I want to. I strive to eat fresh meaning I do not eat so many processed foods. I'm not vegan anymore but was for 15years so my diet still heavily consists of fresh fruits and veggies instead of preserved and commercially driven "foods". I also drink great fresh juices…and plenty of water.

Freestyle Spirit: I enjoy juxtaposition and true self-determination in everything I do. I say what I want, wear what I want, smell how I want and share with whom I want to share. Period. Life is easier for me that way. I teach my children through my own actions, mistakes and triumphs.

*Nature's Blessings: all natural hair pomade made with “nettle, rosemary, sage, peppermint, thyme, alfalfa, pure virgin olive oil, pure coconut oil, sage oil, rosemary oil, bergamot oil, chlorophyll (from nettle and spinach), pure mineral jelly, natural fragrance and good intention”

*good old fashioned Shea Butter for the body

*my homemade rose & lavender water for daily face spritzer (to help maintain my simple happiness)
