Ch-ch-ch-chia pudding is an oh so yummy, filling, nourishing breakfast treat or anytime snack.

 

* 1 cup vanilla almond mylk (see recipe below or non-dairy mylk of choice)

if you are a child of the 70's like me you most likely grew up with the creamy, sweet deliciousness of an 'orange julius' from 'dairy queen'.  with that taste in mind I have recreated a healthy dairy-free green version.....and it's ohhh soooo good!

A simple reworking of an Italian antipasto (starter) that's raw, dairy-free and oh so tasty!

*3 large heirloom tomatoes

*8 large basil leaves chopped
