* 2 cups young coconut meat (approx. 2 young coconuts)

 

* 1 cup avocado (approx. 1 large avocado)

 

* ½ cup pitted dates (or more for desired sweetness)

Ch-ch-ch-chia pudding is an oh so yummy, filling, nourishing breakfast treat or anytime snack.

 

* 1 cup vanilla almond mylk (see recipe below or non-dairy mylk of choice)

* 2 Tbs. dried chia seeds
