Ch-ch-ch-chia pudding is an oh so yummy, filling, nourishing breakfast treat or anytime snack.


* 1 cup vanilla almond mylk (see recipe below or non-dairy mylk of choice)

* 2 Tbs. dried chia seeds

* 1 glass jar 8oz or larger (I prefer using a slightly larger jar so that I have room for the topping )
